Complete Recovery

I have lost all my data related to my small business ,including my customer base that it took years of hard work.My software provider told me they can't retrieve the data and I should find a specialized company to do the heavy lifting.I searched Google and spend so many hours to find the right company and it paid off.I contacted the best 3 companies and discussed my situation with each,then I immediately dropped one and had to decide between the last two.Both sounded to me professional and capable to retrieve the data,however I made up my mind to go with Secure Data Recovery because the drop off location was near where I have my business and because they comply with HIPPA requirements.I was told that it will take about 2 weeks and actually managed to complete the job only within a week and half.I was so happy to get my data back in such short period of time I appreciate the effort from both the engineering team and Mitchell who was my contact through the whole process and helped me a lot answering all my questions and my concerns.Thank You so much Mitchell.MY only reservation is that the charge was in American dollar when I assumed it would be in Canadian dollar where I reside, however, Mitchell has helped me by requesting a 15% discount from the management to offset the difference in exchange rate and they agreed.Thank You Mitchell ,I appreciate your help.When it comes to data recovery what is most important to find a company that really can retrieve the data.Great job , great people ,and great company.
