Excellent Service, I worked with jay who was reassuring and explained everything clearly. My drive was dead yet not only did they save my files on another drive but they recovered to an additional drive a clone copy which I was able to just install and it booted fine. i.e fully recovered even OS and applications etc. I advise anyone whose hard drive died to reach out to them.
