Going through data loss is a horrible experience, I am a freelance graphic designer, so my files are my livelihood. Scott McMacken was my contact at Secure Data Recovery, he was very helpful getting through the recovery process, I wasn''t the happiest customer when I found out the extent of the damage to my drive, but Scott wasn''t phased at all by my, let just say "slight frustration" okay I was pretty miserable, Scott took it all in stride, assured me the recovery process would be worth it and that they would have me up and running in no time, and he was correct, data recovery is definitely something I''d prefer to not go through again, no offence to anyone at Secure Data Recovery! but if I do find myself in this position again, I wouldn''t hesitate to contact Secure Data Recovery again.Thanks again to Scott and the team.
