Best RAID Data Recovery Services Avaliable

Our RAID data recovery services are the best in the industry. We are proven experts when it comes to recovering mission critical data from failed hardware and software RAID arrays of any level, file system, or OS.

We offer flexible options and around the clock emergency evaluations with guaranteed results.

Our RAID recovery experts have restored data from thousands of failed arrays, ranging from two disks to several hundred storage devices. We provide customized solutions for striping, mirroring, and parity failures.

Streamlined Hard Drive Recovery:

Our Secure RAID Recovery Process

How does RAID recovery work when you choose Secure Data Recovery?

Our process begins with a diagnostic review of your failed RAID. During the examination our team will evaluate the condition of the RAID members, scan, and analyze the file system, RAID/SAN/NAS metadata to determine the probability of a successful recovery.

Once the examination is complete, we provide a quote for the recovery and finalize the scope of work. Upon approval, our team will repair damaged RAID members and image them to preserve the original state of the disk.

The final stage is to perform RAID assembly, SAN assembly, file system repair, or database repair (SQL, Exchange, Oracle, etc.) as needed and test the integrity of the critical files upon request.

To complete the process, our technicians transfer the recovered data to a new secure FIPS 140-2 LEVEL 3 Validated storage device and prepare it for return shipping or customer pickup.

Complete Recovery

I have lost all my data related to my small business ,including my customer base that it took years of hard work.My software provider told me they can't retrieve the data and I should find a specialized company to do the heavy lifting.I searched Google and spend so many hours to find the right company and it paid off.I contacted the best 3 companies and discussed my situation with each, then I immediately dropped one and had to decide between the last two. Both sounded to me professional and capable to retrieve the data, however I made up my mind to go with Secure Data Recovery because the drop off location was near where I have my business and because they comply with HIPPA requirements.I was told that it will take about 2 weeks and actually managed to complete the job only within a week and half.I was so happy to get my data back in such short period of time I appreciate the effort from both the engineering team and Mitchell who was my contact through the whole process and helped me a lot answering all my questions and my concerns.Thank You so much Mitchell.MY only reservation is that the charge was in American dollar when I assumed it would be in Canadian dollar where I reside, however, Mitchell has helped me by requesting a 15% discount from the management to offset the difference in exchange rate and they agreed.Thank You Mitchell ,I appreciate your help. When it comes to data recovery what is most important to find a company that really can retrieve the data.Great job , great people ,and great company.

Great Job!

You guys are amazing. I had just taken over IT with this company when we lost a server (RAID array) with no recent viable backups in place. Faced with the possible loss of over a months worth of data, we sent our drives to you guys. Alec Sakenes was instrumental in guiding us through the process and provided excellent communications and regular updates. Needless to say, my first task as the new IT guy here was to put in a new, functioning backup system!

We Offer Data Recovery Services For Any RAID Configuration

SAN & NAS Data Recovery

While vastly different by design, SAN and NAS appliances require similar methodology when performing data recovery in the event of data loss.

Our RAID recovery engineers specialize in rebuilding the RAID architecture of complex file-based and block-based storage systems.

In addition, our team holds an immense library of custom tools required to address many of the proprietary NAS, SAN and SAN-NAS hybrid operating systems and non-standard file systems that challenge other data recovery companies to deliver results with minimum downtime.

Hybrid & Nested RAID Recovery

These RAID types combine two or more levels, blending the best RAID attributes to improve redundancy or increase performance of standard RAID configurations.

Still, no storage is fail-proof and these RAIDs still fail from multiple causes such as disk errors, multiple disk failures, and human errors.

Recovering data from hybrid and nested RAID arrays requires specialized data recovery techniques and tools uniquely available to Secure Data Recovery Services.

Virtualization Storage Data Recovery

The widespread use of virtualization software in many SMB and enterprise environments has become increasingly common due to its numerous benefits.

Because of this, and as part of our scope of work, RAID recovery services typically involve repairing damaged hypervisors, virtual machines, snapshots, and virtual disks.

Our RAID recovery engineers are experts when it comes to restoring data from storage virtualization failures caused by read errors, hardware failure, ransomware attacks, and human errors.

Server Data Recovery

Downtime due to a failed server is especially costly. The impact of inaccessible data spreads to numerous endpoints quickly and can grind productivity to a stop.

Our professionals are uniquely skilled at recovering everything from single disk to large cluster computing, app, web, mail, print, and database servers with maximum efficiency to get our customers back online with minimum downtime.

What NOT to Do When Experiencing RAID Failure

Limiting the time an array runs in degraded mode greatly decreases the risk of permanent data loss.

When experiencing data loss on a RAID array NEVER:

If you are experiencing a RAID failure shut down the system immediately and contact a professional data recovery company to help restore your critical data.

Make detailed notes of the events which occurred (noises, power, and other anomalies), label the sequential order of the drives in the array, and compose a list of crucial and critical data, including file types and volume/data size

Detailed information can significantly help cut the recovery turnaround time.

Common Causes of RAID Failure

While RAID configurations have higher redundancy and fault tolerance, in many cases, one disk failure can affect the entire configuration. Your array can experience data loss due to a variety of scenarios including:

  • Accidental data deletion
  • Formatted partitions
  • Virus infection
  • File system corruption
  • RAID controller failure
  • Incorrect RAID rebuilds
  • Single or multiple drive failures
  • Power surge
  • Abnormal termination of a rebuild
  • An uncorrectable read error has occurred
  • A replacement drive has failed
  • Another drive in the array has failed
