The secure data team was able to retrieve over 99% of my back up hard drive that had all of my photos and videos for the last 20+ years. Their customer service is excellent. I hardly spent any time on hold and got frequent updates on the status of my repair. It was pretty easy to drop my hard drive off locally and they mailed me a new hard drive with all my data on it with password protection. Watching videos of my kids as babies brought tears to my eyes. I thought I had lost those videos forever.

Someone spilled a cup of tea on my laptop and wrecked the logic board, it had no signs of life. My WD 16TB drive failed one morning , leaving me in a massive panic. I work on a computer every day but am not a tech confident person when it comes to troubleshooting. The entire process was seamless. I had my data recovered quicker than I thought I would have. My only issue was I wish the data could be recovered to an M.2 drive rather than the large desktop standing external. I don''t have much use for that style of drive anymore.
