I was happy to work with Jonathan to get 99% of the data from the drive recovered. He really helped to make me feel comfortable sending away the drive and the communication throughout was excellent. Jake''s customer service is incredible. The data recovery was nice to have, of course, but Jake shepherded me through the process deftly. He was prompt with responses, and provided information along the way so I knew what was happening and when. Not once did it feel like I was sending an email into the ether.
