Secure Data Recovery were fantastic. with the help of their excellent and responsive agent Jason, the company recovered the data from an old damaged hard drive I''ve had for over 10 years. The drive my old family PC was fully recovered by technicians, despite it being even more damaged than I thought.I would recommend them for any service in recovering lost data.

I recently had a 1.5 TB HDD die unexpectedly. It had a lot of data stored on it. Fortunately, Secure Data Recovery was able to discover the issues (combination of mechanical failure preventing normal reading of the drive, and some minor corruption likely caused by a recent power outage just before it died) and assured me it was something they could fix. The initial cost estimate was, unfortunately, rather high for me at the time. However, they were willing to negotiate a lower price in exchange for lowering it''s priority (so instead of 3-5 day turnaround, I was expecting a few weeks). To my surprise, the very next day I got an email saying they have it ready for me!Absolutely amazing! Thank you so very much!

When our hard drive suddenly and catastrophically failed with only 11% of data packets readable, we feared the worst for our hundreds of digital photos of our (now adult) children and now - departed grandparents.. While I donÔøΩt have the new drive in hand yet (hopefully within the next couple of days) apparently they were able to recover over 99% of the data. I was shopping around for HD data recovery services after my 4 TB HD died on me without warning. After hearing great things about Secure Data Recovery, I decided to give them a shot. I must admit that I didnÔøΩt hold much hope for the data on the hard drive. I had just verified with the user that it was OK to format the drive and erase all the data to install a new operating system. Immediately after clicking on the ÔøΩcontinueÔøΩ button, the user yelled that she was missing a bunch of pictures.I clicked on the ÔøΩcancelÔøΩ button, and stopped the format process.My research indicated that ÔøΩSecure Data Recovery ServicesÔøΩ was a reputable data recovery firm.I dropped off the HD at the local depot and started to worry.A day later one of their support people emailed me with some questions, made no promises, and said he would get back to me.A few days later he emailed me a few more questions, and indicated that they could retrieve some files but not the file names. I authorized the ÔøΩrawÔøΩ recovery process. The user would have to look at the files and then rename them from a ÔøΩnumber.extÔøΩ format to ÔøΩname.extÔøΩ. Apparently the ÔøΩrawÔøΩ recovery process included the correct extension name.Several days later I got an email indicating that the recovery had been completed and they would ship me the recovered data. Several days after that I received a package via courier. I took a solid state hard drive (already equipped with a USB cable) out of the box and plugged it into a computer.As near as I could make out they managed to recover everything.
