I dont often get a chance to write reviews but I thought it was important to do so in this case as Eric and the Secure Data Recovery team were extremely helpful, communicative and effective at examining a drive for us. The phone calls and ease of which we were able to send the drive is truly next level. Unfortunately, they were not able to recover the data (it was a very old, broken drive) and were super upfront about it and the options we had. I had hoped for a better outcome data-wise, but cannot recommend them more.

While re-organizing my home, I had accidently dropped my external hard drive on concrete floor and I knew this is going to be disastrous. This hard drive included all my daughter''s life (birth photos and videos up until teenager), my personal and important documents. You guys are amazing. I had just taken over IT with this company when we lost a server (RAID array) with no recent viable backups in place. Faced with the possible loss of over a months worth of data, we sent our drives to you guys.
