I dont often get a chance to write reviews but I thought it was important to do so in this case as Eric and the Secure Data Recovery team were extremely helpful, communicative and effective at examining a drive for us. The phone calls and ease of which we were able to send the drive is truly next level. Unfortunately, they were not able to recover the data (it was a very old, broken drive) and were super upfront about it and the options we had. I had hoped for a better outcome data-wise, but cannot recommend them more.

While re-organizing my home, I had accidently dropped my external hard drive on concrete floor and I knew this is going to be disastrous. This hard drive included all my daughter''s life (birth photos and videos up until teenager), my personal and important documents. After multiple attempts of bringing to various experts, all denied their services indicating that there would be little to no chance of recovery. Even though my hard drive was not a 100% recovered, I am happy with at least what could be recovered.
