My WD 16TB drive failed one morning , leaving me in a massive panic. I work on a computer every day but am not a tech confident person when it comes to troubleshooting. Especially when it comes to file storage. I definitely don’t mess around with that. But thank goodness for Daniel, and Secure Data Recovery. They expedited my data recovery and saved the day — the year, actually. And then when I had a problem locating my recovered files on the external drive again, they suggested to look in a particular place, and eureka! There was the drive. The entire process was seamless. I had my data recovered quicker than I thought I would have. My only issue was I wish the data could be recovered to an M.2 drive rather than the large desktop standing external. I don''t have much use for that style of drive anymore.

I have a Canon 80D camera and some of my most personal and sentimental photos were taken in the last year including the birth of our first child, my Dad''s first time seeing his grandson, a trip to Vancouver when it was announced, and a lot "first" photos of our newborn. However, when I went to upload them to my laptop I accidentally formatted the card and wiped them all out. I was devastated.
