The WD 1TB external hard drive that I was using to store my photos failed recently. I was faced with the daunting prospect of locating, organizing and re-editing a few thousand photos from SD cards and other storage devices. My SSD hard drive suddenly malfunctioned, and had to be replaced. I will told it was very unlikely that any of my data would be retrievable. Considering how much data was lost, I thought I would take a chance and see if it could be retrieved. Secure Data was quick to respond to my inquiry and after running my SSD through their system, I was relieved to discover the data was available. After my approval, the recovery was fast and all my files were retrieved. I do want to warn you though, if you live in Canada, the prices quoted are in US$. This did take me back, as I did suffer sticker shock when I saw the US price. However Ivan was able to help me out with this, and in the end, money spent was worth the time it saved me, having to redo and locate all the files lost.
