Secure Data Recovery deserve 6 stars rather than 5. I had an amazing experience with their professional team. Not only were they able to recover my data, but they were even able to mirror my drive with NO ERRORS so I did not have to reinstall Windows and all my software again, saving me lots of precious time. They saved my personal and business related data when I had no backup. I cannot recommend them enough for their excellent service and customer support. I dont often get a chance to write reviews but I thought it was important to do so in this case as Eric and the Secure Data Recovery team were extremely helpful, communicative and effective at examining a drive for us. The phone calls and ease of which we were able to send the drive is truly next level. Unfortunately, they were not able to recover the data (it was a very old, broken drive) and were super upfront about it and the options we had. I had hoped for a better outcome data-wise, but cannot recommend them more.

While re-organizing my home, I had accidently dropped my external hard drive on concrete floor and I knew this is going to be disastrous.
