We came in one morning to the shock of an un-bootable workstation and then further surprise the backups hadn''t been checked and had stopped working.All of the standard efforts didn''t have any success but we found Secure Data and sent the drive off to them.Even though we chose "Standard" service rather then the quicker rates they still delivered the initial prognosis quickly. Unfortunately our drive was munched and required a full rebuild. They were very easy to work with throughout the recovery process and they were able to recover all but a handful of files from the drive.My only request would be for better clarity on the currency denomination for their Canadian customers that everything is in USD.
