I was overwhelmingly happy with the team that worked on my recovery! Ill start by explaining that I had sent them a phone that 3 separate tech company''s told me was a lost cause and completely unable to repair. I explained this to them and basically told them at this point all I was hoping for was to get my pictures back, over a decades worth. After all the failed attempts with previous company''s my expectations weren''t very high. So the sheer amount of joy and shock I felt when I was told not only were they able to get every photo; the team had salvaged literally every single thing on that phone. Over a combined 4000 items, from pictures to songs and anything else I had stored on it. They uploaded it all on this fancy device that you just plug in a computer and boom, you have access to all your lost media.
