The secure data team was able to retrieve over 99% of my back up hard drive that had all of my photos and videos for the last 20+ years. Their customer service is excellent. I hardly spent any time on hold and got frequent updates on the status of my repair. It was pretty easy to drop my hard drive off locally and they mailed me a new hard drive with all my data on it with password protection. Watching videos of my kids as babies brought tears to my eyes. I thought I had lost those videos forever.

The WD 1TB external hard drive that I was using to store my photos failed recently.
