Thank you to account rep Jonathan Nguyen for his timely communication and excellent service. When our hard drive suddenly and catastrophically failed with only 11% of data packets readable, we feared the worst for our hundreds of digital photos of our (now adult) children and now - departed grandparents.. While I donÔøΩt have the new drive in hand yet (hopefully within the next couple of days) apparently they were able to recover over 99% of the data. At this point, i can recommend their quick turnaround and timely communication with us. THanks Jonathan!

One third of our city was flooded in April of 2019 when the dike gave way. We lost everything that was in our basement.
