Secure Data Recovery were fantastic. with the help of their excellent and responsive agent Jason, the company recovered the data from an old damaged hard drive I''ve had for over 10 years. The drive my old family PC was fully recovered by technicians, despite it being even more damaged than I thought.I would recommend them for any service in recovering lost data.

I recently had a 1.5 TB HDD die unexpectedly. It had a lot of data stored on it. Fortunately, Secure Data Recovery was able to discover the issues (combination of mechanical failure preventing normal reading of the drive, and some minor corruption likely caused by a recent power outage just before it died) and assured me it was something they could fix. The initial cost estimate was, unfortunately, rather high for me at the time. However, they were willing to negotiate a lower price in exchange for lowering it''s priority (so instead of 3-5 day turnaround, I was expecting a few weeks). To my surprise, the very next day I got an email saying they have it ready for me!Absolutely amazing! Thank you so very much!

Thank you to account rep Jonathan Nguyen for his timely communication and excellent service. When our hard drive suddenly and catastrophically failed with only 11% of data packets readable, we feared the worst for our hundreds of digital photos of our (now adult) children and now - departed grandparents.. While I donÔøΩt have the new drive in hand yet (hopefully within the next couple of days) apparently they were able to recover over 99% of the data. I had a 4TB external drive full of data stop working due to being knocked off my desk onto the floor. Sent an message to Secure Data Recovery Services on their inquiry page and was quickly responded to by Kyle. Arranged to have the drive sent to them for evaluation and they got back to me quickly after. They indicated most of the data can be recovered and quoted a price. For those not familiar to data recovery services, it is not cheap. Kyle was able to lower the price a bit if I was not in a rush to get the data back. As the data was important but not mission critical, I opted to wait longer for the lower fee. Once they recovered the data, a file was provided showing what was recovered and not recovered. I estimate a fraction of a percent of the data was unrecoverable which is better than I expected. Although I knew better, I didn''t have backups so expensive lesson learned. And also, make sure external hard drives are placed in safe secure locations. Although they were excellent in recovering my data, I hope to never need their services again ;)

My wife and I had a failed external hard drive containing several family photos and movies. We were not sure if we were getting them back. Kyle and the technical team at Secure Data Recovery were very reassuring and very pleasant to work with. The technical team was able to recover 100% of our data and send it back to us on transfer media. Excellent service.
