Jonathan and his team at Secure Data helped me navigate the process of my data recovery and offered quick and thoroughly explained customer service. I have to admit the cost of this process caught me off guard, but in the end my peace of mind won out and 100% of the content was recovered and returned to me, all within a couple of weeks. I lost all data from my my laptop. I called Scott and he led me through the process of recovery. He started a case number and took my SSD to a drop off in Victoria. 3-4 business days later I got the report from the diagnosis... not good, all data was formatted off the drive.Scott told me to be wary of unscrupulous companies offering hope for a fee. After encountering a sudden and unexpected hard drive failure, I entrusted my hard drive to Jonathan N. and his team, hoping with all my heart that my data could be restored. After what felt like an eternity, but in reality was a little over 2 months time, I now have the restored data back in hand. Although pricey for someone on a limited budget, having irreplaceable files back on my desk, has allowed me to move forward with many projects that were on hold the past two months. Waiting was stressful but being able to check in with Jonathan for updates, was helpful, and I felt he was supportive (and understanding!) of my situation. I highly recommend Secure Data for any retrieval issues you might need. I hope to never need their services in the future, but if I do, I know who to call!

It was great getting to work with Kurt throughout this whole process. He was incredibly communicative through every step of the way. I had two iPhones with water damage sent in, one of which was months old and had no business getting saved. SDR was able to return all data from this old phone. With the other phone, had I not sent it in to get worked on by another company before, SDR would have been able to return my photos. My advice: go to these guys immediately as they are the best option to save your data. Very grateful to have my photos back, as I took a cross country road trip following college graduation, and want to have those memories forever. Thanks SDR!
