I lost all data from my my laptop. I called Scott and he led me through the process of recovery. He started a case number and took my SSD to a drop off in Victoria. 3-4 business days later I got the report from the diagnosis... not good, all data was formatted off the drive.Scott told me to be wary of unscrupulous companies offering hope for a fee. After encountering a sudden and unexpected hard drive failure, I entrusted my hard drive to Jonathan N. and his team, hoping with all my heart that my data could be restored. After what felt like an eternity, but in reality was a little over 2 months time, I now have the restored data back in hand. Although pricey for someone on a limited budget, having irreplaceable files back on my desk, has allowed me to move forward with many projects that were on hold the past two months.
