My WD 16TB drive failed one morning , leaving me in a massive panic. I work on a computer every day but am not a tech confident person when it comes to troubleshooting. The entire process was seamless. I had my data recovered quicker than I thought I would have. My only issue was I wish the data could be recovered to an M.2 drive rather than the large desktop standing external. I don''t have much use for that style of drive anymore.
