My HDD of 7 years died on a Saturday night, sent in my query on the Sunday morning. A representative named Scott Moses contacted me on the Monday morning and guided me through the process. Everything I could want to know was provided to me within 24 hours of my asking. The only way I could think to improve my experience is to reduce response times, but given that it''s the same, actual human you''re communicating with on the other end it''s a trade-off I''ll gladly take.Ultimately I was fortunate enough to no end up needing anything past the diagnostics, but I would whole-heartedly recommend their services.

After searching for hours, this is the only service that allowed the recovery of the data contained in a corrupted password-protected Excel XLSX file. Despite having the password, no one else was able to recover a single cell. We had to contact them because for some reason, the online version recovered only 1 out of 2 sheets, while the software version worked fine (the bug is probably already fixed by now). They quickly replied and offered to correctly recover the file at no extra charge and they did that very fast as well! I am fully satisfied with their service and intend to do business again with them whenever needed!
