My laptop fell and damaged the hard drive. Stupid me hadn't done an external back up and had 7 years worth of book keeping files on my computer for my boyfriend's company. Called Secure Data Recovery to see if they could help me recover the data. Alec Sakenes was the customer service person that took my call. He helped me through the process from start to end. He was very responsive and patient with me, as I am not very computer tech savvy. Secure Data Recovery was very quick in their turn around time from the day I first placed my call to completing the recovery. It was a successful recovery and they have saved me years of work.
